Leap is back open and we’re looking forward to reconnecting after the Christmas break!
As we move into 2026, our focus is on supporting school leavers and young adults and their families to develop practical, community-based alternatives to traditional day services. This includes offering visioning and planning sessions, strengthening natural support networks and helping young people move into meaningful roles in ordinary community environments. We will also continue to deliver workshops and share resources to support families and their allies across the country. This year we are looking for your input on particular events or workshops you would like to see us offer. For example, would you like us to offer more workshops on Planning for Life after School, Circles of Support, or Developing the Skills and Supports for Lifelong Inclusion?
