A number of families connected to Leap have just finished an 8-week course in Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) facilitated by Cormac Russell. People from a range of other community groups and organisations also took part in the training provided by Nurture Development.
This Saturday the group and their families will meet face-to-face for the first time in Tullynally Castle to have a bite to eat and to go for a walk together. We hope to get to know each other a bit better and to continue to share stories about what we are doing (or would like to start doing) in terms of creating community in the street where we live.
