LEAP partners with families to develop a personalised support roadmap to navigate life stages without imposing its own goals or solutions. As part of that commitment we are running ‘Family Leadership Adventure Breaks’ on the 26th-28th Oct and 2nd-4th Nov in the Cavan Centre, Ballyjamesduff.
Family Leadership Adventure Break 5th-7th April 2013
Leap are offering family leadership weekends for the whole family to come together in an inclusive, fun environment to begin to develop and share a vision of a good life for their son or daughter with a developmental disability and for themselves. These retreats are about friendship, fun, finding support and family leadership. Families will be introduced to a practical leadership programme featuring some of the more progressive initiatives families are taking part in from around the country.
